With over 10 years of experience in healthcare, I have built my career supporting seniors and families through quality care and strong leadership. I have served as an Administrator for both an Assisted Living Facility and a Home Care Agency, gaining hands-on experience in operations, compliance, and team development.
For the past four years, I have specialized in business development for a skilled rehabilitation facility, focusing on building meaningful community partnerships and improving access to care. I am passionate about connecting individuals and families with the services they need while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and compassion.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my four children, cheering at games, and enjoying the outdoors. Those experiences keep me grounded and remind me why compassionate care matters.
