Cheryl Woods

Hi, my name is Cheryl and I am the Co-Administrator here at Nurturing Hearts. Through the experience, knowledge, and perspective I've gained over more than a decade in customer service, leadership, and business development, I am excited for the opportunity to support our caregivers and consumers alike! My educational background reflects my passion for all things health-related, including a bachelor's degree in Health and Exercise Science/Sports Medicine, as well as training in nervous system regulation through breathwork and mindfulness, massage therapy, and nutrition education.

When I'm not supporting Nurturing Hearts, you can find me reading, traveling, meditating, dancing, and spending time with my partner playing outside--hiking, running, skiing, camping, and pickleballin'!
